- 2 lb. smoked salmon
- 1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 4 T green onion, small dice
- 4 T mayonnaise
- 4 T fresh dill,chopped fine
- 4 oz. roasted red peppers, fine dice
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 2 T lemon rind,fine dice
- 2 T spicy horseradish
- dash tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Puree all ingredients in food processor, puree, and serve. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or toasted bread such as baguettes.Servings: 20
Add 1 C parmesan cheese, and serve hot over toasted baguettes!
