Smoked Salmon Pate’


  • 2 lb. smoked salmon
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 4 T green onion, small dice
  • 4 T mayonnaise
  • 4 T fresh dill,chopped fine
  • 4 oz. roasted red peppers, fine dice
  • 3 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T lemon rind,fine dice
  • 2 T spicy horseradish
  • dash tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste

Puree all ingredients in food processor, puree, and serve. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or toasted bread such as baguettes.

Servings: 20

Add 1 C parmesan cheese, and serve hot over toasted baguettes!
